Indian Railway has 5 types of sleeper coaches in that Four are AC coaches and 1 is non AC coach.

First AC (First AC)
Seat Dimension is as below
First AC coach is having separate cabins with door facility. This Coach can have up to 5 cabins for 2 berths which are called as Coupe. And this coach has up to 4 cabins for 4 berth which are called as a cabin.
Lower Berth: (185 X 67) CM
Upper Berth: (182 X 64) CM the gap between these two berths is 83 CM.
A Separate cube/cabin if you have 2 members or 4 members travelling will provide you comfort and peaceful journey without any disturbance.
Second AC (Two Tire AC):
AC Two Tire Coach has 46 Berths in ICF and 54 in LHB.
It may have 2 Indian styles and 2 western style toilet as well.
There are 8 compartment is IFC coach and 9 Compartment in LHB coach.
Each compartment has 6 berths. 4 berths are inside and 2 are Front side.
Lower Berth: (185 X 67) CM
Upper Berth: (182 X 64) CM
Side Lower Berth: (166 X 55) CM and the height is 57 CM above the floor
Side Upper Berth: (166 X 57) CM and the height is 57 CM above the floor. From the front, the side roof is 87 CM above from the seat but in train wall side it gets reduce up to 58 CM.
Third AC (Three Tire Coach):
AC Three Tire Coach has 64 Berths in ICF and 72 in LHB.
It may have 2 Indian styles and 2 western style toilet.
There are 8 compartment is IFC coach and 9 Compartment in LHB coach.
Each compartment has 8 berths. 6 berths are inside and 2 are front side.
LOWER Berth: (189 X 56) CM and it is 45 CM above from the floor
MIDDLE Berth: (192 X 58) CM and it is 103 CM above from the floor.
UPPER Berth: (189 X 57) CM and it is 162 CM above from the floor.
Side Lower Berth: (166 X 55) CM and it 57 CM above from the floor
Side Upper Berth: (166 X 57) CM and it is 147 CM above from the floor. From the front side, the roof is 83 CM above from the seat but in the train wall side it gets reduce up to 58 CM.
Third AC (Economy) Three tire AC :
In Third AC Economy all thing is the same except Side Middle Birth. In this coach, one side middle berth has been added. These Coaches are being used in GaribRath trains.
After all these details my observation is that second AC is the best option for travel. you will get a wide seat without any disturbance. things. In 3 ac you will get the little crowd more and in first AC you have to pay a higher amount.

इन सभी विवरणों के बाद मेरा अवलोकन है कि यात्रा के लिए सेकंड एसी सबसे अच्छा विकल्प है। आपको बिना किसी गड़बड़ी के एक विस्तृत सीट मिल जाएगी। 3 एसी में आपको थोड़ी भीड़ ज्यादा मिलेगी और फर्स्ट एसी में आपको ज्यादा रकम चुकानी होगी।
